Add-ons
An add-on rides on top of any plan it is allowed on, is bought for the days left of your year, and renews with the plan. Each has its own 15-day trial.

Questions people ask
Is the price per month or per year?
Per year, GST included. Starter ₹599, Plus ₹3,699, Business ₹5,499, Pro ₹8,599.
What happens after the 15-day trial?
You buy the plan, or the account locks to Settings where the plan is bought. Your data is kept; nothing is deleted.
Can I try a higher plan while on a lower one?
Yes. Every plan has its own trial, and a running trial never hides the plans above it.
How many billing profiles do I get?
Every store has its own billing profile (its name and GSTIN on the bill): the main store, and each outlet the moment it is made, on every plan. On top of that, each store can carry 2 more profiles on Business and 5 more on Pro, for example a second GST registration billed from the same counter.
How do outlets work?
Business includes one additional outlet and Pro two; each further outlet is ₹3,000 a year on Business and ₹6,000 a year on Pro. Starter and Plus have no outlets.
Which plans have counters?
Counters, where each billing PC has its own cash drawer and shifts, come with Business and Pro. Business allows 2 counters in each store; Pro has no limit in any store or outlet. Starter and Plus have no counters: the print utility still works on every PC and you can see the PCs connected, and cash sales go to the shop's Cash box.
Do add-ons need a particular plan?
API Access needs Plus or above. Job Cards, Recharge, Projects, Proposals and Van Sales ride on any plan. Projects is included in Pro.
Is the NegoBill Assistant extra?
No. It comes with every plan from Starter. It can reach only what your plan and your login allow: on Starter that is sales, products, stock, contacts, the day report and payments on sales; purchases, statements, receipts and low stock open from Plus, presets from Business.
How do I pay?
By UPI or bank transfer to Heartinz Technologies, quoting your order number; the plan is switched on the same day. Every payment gets a GST invoice.
Is there a limit on sales per month?
No plan limits how many sales you make. A very high safety cap exists to stop runaway software, and a real shop never meets it.
