A job card records what came in, what is wrong, the estimate, advances taken, and its status until delivery. The bill is made from the card.

Where it lives
Available on: Add-on, ₹299 a year. On the web app at app.negobill.com, and on the NegoBill Android and iOS apps with the same account.
Step by step
- Open a job card and bill from it — Job Cards → New: the customer, the job type, what came in and what is wrong, the estimate and any advance. Move it through the statuses; when it is done, Bill from the card puts services and parts on one sale with the advance deducted.
