Billing software for a wholesaler or distributor
Retailers who buy by the case on 30-day credit, price lists per customer, vans on routes, and GST invoices every time. NegoBill sells by case or piece at wholesale prices per contact, tracks every retailer's dues, and loads the vans.
The day at a distributor
Cases go out on vans at dawn. Retailers pay in thirty days, some in sixty. Every invoice is a tax invoice. The owner wants to know, by retailer, what is owed and how old it is, and by van, what went out and what came back.
How NegoBill handles it
- Units: a case of 24 and a piece, each at its own price; the invoice shows both.
- Wholesale pricing per contact, negotiated prices floored by the product’s minimum sale price.
- Credit control: dues by retailer, oldest-first settlement, statements on WhatsApp, opening balances from the old system.
- Van Sales: load list, bill on the road from Android or iOS, take-back, each van’s day.
- Tax invoices on every sale; GSTR-1 with the B2B section ready; JSON export for the portal.
- Ledger: bank, cash and the retailers’ receivables, every entry posted for you.
Which plan
Business (₹5,499 a year) plus Van Sales for the routes. A distributor with several godowns takes Pro for the outlets.
Questions people ask
Can a retailer have their own price?
A contact marked wholesale gets the wholesale price on every product automatically; a negotiated price on a line is allowed within the product's floor.
Can I see all retailers who owe me, oldest first?
The contact list sorts by dues; each statement shows the bills still open and their age.
How do vans work?
Van Sales (₹1,499 a year): load the van from the godown in the morning, bill from the phone on the route, hand back unsold stock in the evening.
