# NegoBill

NegoBill is a cloud billing and shop-management app for Indian retail, service and wholesale businesses. It runs on the web (app.negobill.com), Android and iOS from one account. It makes GST bills and tax invoices, keeps stock by batch with expiry, tracks customer dues, posts every transaction to a double-entry ledger, builds reports including GSTR-1 with JSON export, gives staff their own logins with permissions, runs outlets and van sales, and prints on any printer. Every plan connects it to Claude or ChatGPT (the NegoBill Assistant, MCP at https://mcp.negobill.com/mcp); the assistant reaches only what the plan and the signed-in person's permissions allow.
