Terms of service
This page states what applies to NegoBill. The Terms & Conditions of Heartinz Technologies Private Limited on heartinz.com governs every Heartinz product and applies together with it; where the two differ, the Heartinz policy prevails.
The service
NegoBill is a subscription software service for billing and shop management, provided by Heartinz Technologies Private Limited ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
Plans, trials and payment
Plans and add-ons are sold per year at the prices on the pricing page, GST included. Every plan and add-on can be tried free once, for 15 days. A plan is switched on when payment is received; a lapsed plan locks the account to Settings until renewed and never deletes your data. Prices may change for a new year with notice on the invoice.
Your data
Everything you enter stays yours. We keep it safe, back it up, and give it back to you through the app. On account deletion it is purged after 30 days.
Acceptable use
Use NegoBill for your own business, keep your logins private, and give staff only the permissions they need. Do not attempt to overload, reverse engineer or resell the service. Sales volumes have a high safety cap against runaway automation, which a real shop never reaches.
Support and availability
Support is on WhatsApp, phone and email on working days. We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; planned maintenance is announced in the app.
Liability
NegoBill records what you enter; the correctness of your invoices, taxes and filings remains your responsibility. Our liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve months before it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
