Import products, customers, stock or balances from Excel

Products → Import (or Contacts → Import): upload a CSV or Excel file, match your column headings to NegoBill's, check the preview, import. Rows that cannot be taken are listed with the reason; the rest go in.

You need: Product or Contact permission; a CSV or Excel file with one row per item

  1. Open Products (or Contacts) and press Import.
  2. Upload the file. NegoBill reads the first row as headings and matches them to its columns; fix any it guessed wrong.
  3. Check the preview of the first rows, then press Import. Files are taken in chunks; a progress line shows where it is.
  4. The result lists rows that were refused and why (a missing name, a bad price); fix those in the file and import only them again.

Works on: the web app.
