The NegoBill manual

One chapter per part of the app. Each says where the thing is on the web, Android and iOS, the plan and permission it needs, every screen and action with its steps, the rules NegoBill enforces and the limits. Written to be quoted: by a person, or by the AI assistant answering one.

For agents: the whole manual is one file at /manual.md, as data at /manual/index.json; every chapter has a Markdown twin at its address plus .md. Checkable product facts: /facts.json. The how-to guides: /help and /help/guides.json.
