Billing software for a repair or service centre
A job is a card before it is a bill: what came in, what is wrong, the estimate, the advance, the parts, the status, the delivery. NegoBill runs the card, then bills from it, with services and parts on one invoice.
The day at a service centre
A phone, a mixer, a bike. Intake, a look, an estimate, an advance. Parts ordered, work done, the customer called. Half the money at intake, half at delivery. Some jobs cannot be done.
How NegoBill handles it
- Job types with their own intake checklists: mobile, laptop, appliance, vehicle.
- The card: problem, estimate, advance taken, status from received to ready, the technician on each task.
- Parts from stock: the parts used come off the shop’s stock at their batch cost.
- The bill from the card: services and parts on one invoice, the advance already deducted, GST split by line.
- Outcomes: done, cannot do, returned — each with what happens to the advance.
- Prints: A4 job card for the counter, receipt-size for the customer’s pocket.
Which plan
Plus (₹3,699 a year) plus the Job Cards add-on (₹299 a year). A centre with a parts counter and a service desk on Business gets ten logins.
Questions people ask
Can the customer see the job's status?
The job card prints and shares with its status; the WhatsApp link to the bill follows when it is done.
Can I record which technician did the work?
Yes. A service line names who performed it, and the staff services report totals by person.
What if the repair cannot be done?
The card closes as cannot do or returned, with the advance refunded or kept as agreed.
