Billing software for a mobile shop
A mobile shop sells phones by IMEI-level batches and hundreds of accessories that fit specific models. NegoBill finds a tempered glass by the phone it fits, bills it in three keystrokes, and keeps the GST straight.
The day at a mobile shop
A phone comes in as a batch of one with its own buying price. Accessories come in dozens: cases, glasses, cables, chargers, each fitting some models and not others. Customers ask by phone model, not by product name. Some pay later. Repairs walk in beside sales.
How NegoBill handles it
- Fits: on each accessory, name the models it fits. The counter types the phone model and sees only what fits; the bill names the model it was sold for.
- Batches: each purchase lot keeps its buying price, MRP and sale price. Old-MRP stock sells at its own printed price beside the new lot.
- Barcodes: print labels from the app on any label printer; scan at the counter.
- Job Cards: intake, estimate, advance, status, delivery, and the final bill made from the card.
- Recharge: operator wallets, each recharge a sale line, commission tracked.
- Dues: a customer who pays next week is a credit sale; the statement goes on WhatsApp.
- GST: a Bill Receipt for the accessory customer, a Tax Invoice for the dealer, and GSTR-1 at month end from the same data.
Which plan
Plus (₹3,699 a year) for a shop with one or two staff: purchases, ledger, every report. Add Job Cards and Recharge when the shop does them. A one-person counter starts on Starter.
Questions people ask
Can I find an accessory by the phone model?
Yes. Each product carries the models it fits, so typing "iphone 15 glass" lists every glass that fits an iPhone 15, and the bill prints "Tempered glass for iPhone 15 Pro".
Can I run repairs and recharges from the same app?
Yes. Job Cards (₹299 a year) handle repairs with advances and status; Recharge (₹299 a year) handles operator wallets and commission.
