The day at an electronics shop
A television arrives as a batch of one with its serial number. The customer knows the model code from the advertisement. Installation is charged, an extended warranty is offered, and the dealer’s price is “MRP less 22%”. Two salesmen, one cashier, and the owner who alone should see the margin.
