Share a bill on WhatsApp
Open the sale and press Share: NegoBill makes a link the customer opens without any login, and a ready message with the bill number and total. Send it on WhatsApp or anywhere.
You need: Share permission
- Open the sale (right after Proceed, or from Sales later).
- Press Share. NegoBill shows the link and the message text.
- Press WhatsApp to open the chat with the customer's number, or copy the link.
- The customer opens the bill in their browser; no app, no login.
Works on: the web app, Android, iOS.
Questions people ask
How long does the link work?
As long as you set in Settings → Sales → Share link expiry: a number of days, or never.
What if I edit the bill after sharing?
Share again; the old link stops working and the new one shows the corrected bill.
