Send a customer their statement
On the contact, open Statement: every bill with a short summary, every payment, the running balance and the closing line in plain words. Share it on WhatsApp for any date range.
You need: Ledger view permission; Plus or above
- Open Contacts and the customer.
- Press Statement and choose the period (this month, this year, or dates).
- The statement lists bills, payments, returns and the balance after each; the last line says what they owe today.
- Press Share to send it on WhatsApp, or Print.

Questions people ask
Does it show debit and credit?
No. It says bought, paid, returned, and owes — words a customer accepts.
Can I send just the open bills?
The summary at the top lists the bills still open and their age.
