Step by step
- GSTR-1 report and JSON export — Reports → GSTR-1: pick the month, press Generate. The report groups your tax invoices into B2B, B2C and HSN summaries the portal wants; Export JSON gives the file the GST offline tool imports (Plus and above).
- Sale report with profit — Reports → Sales: pick the period, press Generate. Every sale with its taxable value, GST, cost from the batches it took, and profit; totals by day; returns netted. Profit shows only to people allowed to see buying prices.
