NegoBill prints receipts on any ESC/POS thermal printer, USB, network or Bluetooth, through its free Windows print utility, and directly from the phone over Bluetooth. No driver, no brand lock.

The problem

The shop already owns a thermal printer of some brand. The billing app wants a specific model, or a driver that never quite works, or prints only from one PC.

What NegoBill does

  1. Install the NegoBill Print Utility on the Windows PC once (a small free program). It finds USB, network and Bluetooth printers and keeps the choice for that PC, whoever signs in.
  2. In the app, choose the printer per PC and the paper: 2-inch, 3-inch, half A4 or A4.
  3. Proceed on a sale prints at once. Barcode labels print on a label printer the same way.
  4. On Android and iOS, a paired Bluetooth printer prints receipts directly.

Questions people ask

Which thermal printers work?

Any ESC/POS printer: 58 mm (2-inch) or 80 mm (3-inch), USB, network or Bluetooth. Label printers speaking TSPL or ZPL work for barcode labels.

Does the printer need a driver?

No. The NegoBill Print Utility talks to the printer directly. A printer Windows already prints to also works through its own driver.

Can I print from my phone?

Yes. Pair a Bluetooth receipt printer with the phone; the NegoBill app prints to it.
