Billing software for a pharmacy or medical shop
Batch numbers, expiry dates and the exact batch on every bill. NegoBill sells medicines from named batches, oldest first, prints the batch and expiry on the bill, and keeps the GST and the stock value right.
The day at a pharmacy
Every strip belongs to a batch with an expiry date, and the bill must say which. Prices change between lots. Regular patients run a monthly account. Schedule and GST rules must be printed right.
How NegoBill handles it
- Batch-wise stock is the default: each purchase lot is a batch with batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates, buying price, MRP and sale price.
- Sell from a named batch: the counter sees the batches with stock, oldest first, and picks; the line carries batch and expiry to the bill.
- Expiry watch: the stock report shows the nearest expiry per product; a batch past its date is adjusted out with a reason.
- Monthly accounts: a patient’s purchases go on credit; a statement in plain words goes to them on WhatsApp; a payment settles the oldest bills first.
- GST: tax invoices with the HSN per product and GSTR-1 at month end.

Questions people ask
Does the bill show the batch number and expiry?
Yes. A sale from a batch carries that batch's number and expiry on the line, and prints them on the bill.
Can I choose which batch to sell?
Yes. In batch mode the counter picks the batch; by default the oldest with stock is offered first.
How do returns to the supplier work?
A batch can be adjusted down with a reason; the stock value and the books follow.
