Add an outlet (a second store)
Settings → Outlets → Add: the outlet's name, address and billing profile. It gets its own stock, counters and bill numbers; staff can be limited to it; stock moves to it by transfer. Business includes one outlet, Pro two.
You need: Owner login on Business or Pro
- Open Settings → Outlets and press Add outlet.
- Type the name, address and timezone; choose the billing profile it bills from: a new profile of its own (every outlet gets one, on every plan), or an existing one it shares. Business lets each outlet carry 2 more profiles, Pro 5.
- Save. The outlet appears in the store switcher at the top; open it to set its counters and printers.
- Send stock to it with a stock transfer; the outlet accepts it on its side.
- Add staff limited to that outlet in Settings → Staff Access.

Questions people ask
Can the owner see everything?
Yes. The owner switches between stores from the top bar and sees the whole business in reports.
What does an extra outlet cost?
₹3,000 a year each on Business, ₹6,000 on Pro, beyond the included ones.
