Can I print bills on my thermal printer?

• A4, half A4 (two bills to a page) and thermal receipts from the same sale
• Invoice templates, bill colours and your own colour (hex code) from Plus
• Windows: the free NegoBill Print Utility — USB, network and Bluetooth printers, ESC/POS, TSPL and ZPL
• Phones: Bluetooth receipt printers and M110-type label printers
• Printing choices follow the PC, not the login: any cashier on that PC prints to the same printer

Where it lives

Available on: Every plan. On the web app at app.negobill.com, and on the NegoBill Android and iOS apps with the same account.

Step by step

• Print a bill — After Proceed, the sale preview offers Print with the printers of this PC: receipt (2-inch or 3-inch), half A4 or A4, as a Bill Receipt or a Tax Invoice. On a phone, the paired Bluetooth printer prints the receipt.
• Print barcode labels — On a product press Print label, choose the label size and how many, and print on the label printer set for this PC. Products with no barcode get one with Generate; the label carries the name, price and the house Code 128 barcode.
• Print from a Chromebook, Mac or Linux PC with NegoBill — On a Chromebook, silent printing needs a Bluetooth printer: Settings → Printers → Connect Bluetooth printer, tick it once in Chrome's list, answer four questions. A USB printer is added in Chrome OS Print and scan and prints through the print dialog. On a Mac or Linux PC, USB printers connect directly.
• Set up a receipt or label printer on a Windows PC — Install the free NegoBill Print Utility on the PC, then Settings → Printers: it lists USB, network and Bluetooth printers of any brand. Pick the receipt printer and the label printer for this PC; every login on it prints there.
