Can one account run more than one shop?

  • Each outlet: own stock, own counters, own bill numbers
  • Stock transfers with acceptance at the other end
  • Owner sees the whole business; outlet staff see their outlet
  • Billing profiles for more than one GST registration

Where it lives

Available on: Business and Pro. On the web app at app.negobill.com, and on the NegoBill Android and iOS apps with the same account.

Step by step

  • Add an outlet (a second store) — Settings → Outlets → Add: the outlet's name, address and billing profile. It gets its own stock, counters and bill numbers; staff can be limited to it; stock moves to it by transfer. Business includes one outlet, Pro two.
  • Transfer stock between stores — Stock Transfers → New: the destination store, the products and quantities from the source's batches. The receiving store accepts the transfer, and only then does the stock move; a transfer can be cancelled before acceptance.

Questions people ask

Is a warehouse an outlet?

Yes, an outlet that sells nothing and transfers everything works as a warehouse.
