The NegoBill Assistant connects your NegoBill to the AI app you already use. You ask in plain words; the app reads your NegoBill, answers, and can act, with your permission each time.

Safely
You sign in on a NegoBill page. The app does only what your login may do, asks before every change, and can be switched off on the NegoBill Assistant page in the menu.
Connect in four steps
- In NegoBill, open Menu → Business → NegoBill Assistant and copy the address shown.
- In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the address → Connect. In ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & connectors → Advanced → Developer mode → Create → paste the address, authentication OAuth.
- Sign in with your NegoBill email or phone and password on the NegoBill page that opens, choose the store, press Allow.
- Ask in your own words. The app asks you before it records anything.

What it can do
Look up products and stock, low stock, customers and their dues, statements, sales for a day or a customer, one sale in detail, payments received. Create a sale (with the payment), a quotation, record a payment, add a customer, add or edit a product, add stock, share a bill link. It never voids, refunds or deletes; those stay in the app. A tool your plan or your login does not open is not offered; ask for it and the assistant names the plan that opens it.

What is the NegoBill Assistant?
A connector, included in every NegoBill plan, that connects your NegoBill account to Claude or ChatGPT through MCP (Model Context Protocol), so the AI app can look things up and do things in your shop on your behalf: sales, stock, customers, dues, payments, quotations.
Is it safe?
You sign in on a NegoBill page, never inside the AI app, so the app never sees your password. It can only do what your NegoBill login may do, it asks you before it changes anything, and you can switch it off any time on the NegoBill Assistant page in the menu.
Which AI apps work?
Claude (web, desktop, iOS and Android) and ChatGPT (paid plans with Developer mode today; the plugin listing is coming). Any app that supports remote MCP servers can connect.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra. It comes with every plan from Starter. What it can reach follows your plan and your login: on Starter it has sales, products, stock, contacts, the day report and payments on sales; purchases, statements, receipts and low stock open from Plus, presets from Business. The AI app itself is yours; NegoBill charges nothing per question.
Can it see my buying prices?
Only if the signed-in person may see them in NegoBill. Staff without the "Buying price & profit" permission get answers without cost or profit.
