# Load a van, sell on the road, take back

> Vans → the van → Load: tick products and quantities from the shop's stock; the van carries them. On the phone, sales are made from the van; in the evening Take back returns the unsold stock to the shop.

## Steps

1. Open Vans and add the van once: its name, the store it belongs to, the driver's staff login.
2. In the morning press Load: tick products and quantities; the oldest batches go first. Complete loading.
3. On the road the driver opens the van in the phone app and makes sales as usual; the customer is picked on the spot.
4. In the evening press Take back with what came back; the difference is the van's day.

## Questions

**Is the van's stock still the shop's?**
Yes. It sits on the van, shown beside the shop's stock, and comes back with the take-back.

**Can the driver record the bill's location?**
Yes, if the van's setting Record billing location is on.
